Hi everyone!  Wow, it's time for previews again at CC Designs !  The October release is all about Christmas!  I can't believe we're heading into the holidays again.  These Christmas stamps are perfect for cards and little gifts boxes or tags.  The October release will be available Thursday, October 3rd at 9 PM EST. This is a stamp called Present Teddy and is from a line called Monkey Feet .  It's the first time I am trying out one of their images.  Lots of fun details and the animals are cute!  I added this image onto the top of a mini pizza box made from a tutorial on SCS here .  I also added the Holly and Berry die in a couple of the corners.  I used some ribbon to wrap around the sides and added a small tag too. Here is a close up of the image. You can see what other cute animal images will be released in October on the CC Designs blog . Before I go, I just want to say I'm tired.  Today I feel tired from trying to do...

CC Designs September Review -- Circus

Hello!  Time for a Circus review at CC Designs .  There were lots of fun circus themed stamps released this month.  So fun for birthdays and even Halloween. This is my circle shaped card featuring the Meoples Clownin' Around .  I loved this sentiment from AmyR Circus Sentiments so I wanted this clown balancing on a ball. Here is a close up of the circus clown. Please head over to CC Designs blog to see more circus themed inspiration! Thanks for stopping by!

CC Designs September Preview -- Pirates!

Hello!  The weather is finally cooling off here and it actually rained so that helped so much with all the sticky, humid weather we had before.  And finally I can feel the wind blowing through the windows.  It's hard to craft when I'm feeling all sticky and sweaty.  I don't know where all the time is going.  I think I've been procrastinating and now I realize there are 3 hours worth of Grey's Anatomy reruns on TV every day!  Too many distractions!  I have some images colored up but can't seem to get into making them into cards. Here is my little creation for CC Designs September review which is all about pirates. I made this little box from this tutorial over at Splitcoaststampers.  It is a tutorial on how to make a box to hold small cards but I think it makes a cute little treat holder.  After I made my box, I had to make 2 more for my youngest who now is asking me to help him make fancier crafty things.  Now, he wants me to u...

CC Designs September Review -- Roberto's Rascals

Hello!  Time for a review of CC Designs September release .  We are focusing on Autumn themed stamps.  This is my card featuring Playful Henry by Roberto's Rascals.  He looks like he's having a lot of fun but then the parental side of me thinks he's being naughty too, kicking the pile of leaves everywhere.  The sentiment is from Bubble Words .  I really like this set of sentiments.  Seems like they could go with almost any image. Here's a close up of this fun guy. Please head over to the CC Designs blog to see more Autumn inspired creations! Thanks so much for stopping by!

CC Designs September Preview -- Circus

Hello!  Today is the last day of previews over at CC Designs .  These cute images will be released September 5th at 9 PM EST.  The last theme to preview is Circus. This cute stamp is part of Clownin Around.  Meoples make some cute clowns.  I found this circus template online HERE and thought it would be a cute card.  I increased the size just a bit before printing it out.  The sentiment is from AmyR Circus Sentiments and is stamped on CC Cutters Banner Day die.  I was just happy I could use my pom pom ribbon again.  Haven't used that in a while. Here's a close up of the little Meople clown.  This one is a juggler. The card opens up and you see 2 more clowns.  I'm thinking one is more of a tight rope walker.  At least that is what she looks like to me.  I added another sentiment to the inside as well. Close up of these Meoples. Please check out more Circus themed projects on the CC Designs blog! Thanks...

CC Designs September Preview -- Pirate

Hello again!  Today we're featuring Pirate themed stamps from CC Designs !  Sound fun?  These images are really cute! I colored up another Roberto's Rascals image.  This one is called Pirate Twila.  I think I am a bit partial to these Roberto's Rascals.  They are so cute!  I thought Twila would make a cute girly pirate so I colored her up in red and pink.  I found this tutorial on how to make this treasure chest HERE .  It's a good size for this image.  The heart is a die cut from CC Cutters Grunge Envelope die .  The sentiment is from Webbie's Words Pirate Sayings and I stamped it on CC Cutters Banner Day die .  There is a score line in it but I kept it long to fit the sentiment.  I glued it on a skewer that I wrapped in washi tape so it can look like a flag waving in the wind.  I added lots of bling. Here is a close up of Twila.  I added some Stickles to her sword and bling to her belt.  Now I...

CC Designs September Preview -- Autumn

Hello, hello!  Having a good weekend?  I love these 3 day weekends.  I get to sleep in a little later and I took a nap this afternoon without worrying.  And an added bonus was not having to cook dinner since we had leftovers.  I wish all days could be so relaxing.  CC Designs is starting September previews but doing it a bit differently this month.  We are previewing stamps by theme instead of illustrator.  So today we are featuring Autumn themed stamps. This is my card featuring a Roberto's Rascals stamp called Twila's Leafy Friends.  Cute, huh?  Love that she is painting faces on these leaves.  The paper is from Doodlebug Happy Harvest.  This paper pad fits perfectly with the Autumn theme.  I also added the tree die , grass border die and four season fence die from CC Cutters.  The sentiment is from Bubble Words . Here is a little close up of the image.  I added in some clouds in the background too...
