CC Designs February Review -- Roberto's Rascals

Hi!  So I feel a little bad that in all the Sister Stamps preview excitement, I forgot to post my card for CC Designs February review.  Better late than never, right?

I made this card a while ago and almost forgot about it.  But it is a bright sunny card and features Roberto's Rascals Splish Splash.  The sentiment is from AmyR Rainy Day sentiments.  I was happy that I finally got a chance to use this pretty gray ribbon.

Today is also release day for Sister Stamps.  Don't forget to get your cute bunnies!  Did you know CC Designs now also sells Sister Stamps again?  Great news!  And in case you are wondering, I did make more calendars this month.  I'll share them another day since March previews for CC Designs starts soon!

Thanks for stopping by!

Cute card and duckies! What a coincidence that it just happens to be raining so hard over here today!

Gosh, I wish it would rain instead of snow here! Super cute duckies!

Snowman gift card holder

Hi!  I was planning to post this last night but I was just too tired to write or think of complete sentences.  It's been a busy week with the boys on Fall break and still trying to finish up a bunch of crafts.  I have been trying to make some crocheted crafts to put in my Etsy shop and finally I'm done with one.  It's a crocheted snowman that can hold a gift card or anything actually that is small enough to fit in the pouch.  The pattern is designed by ChiWei Ranck of One Dog Woof and can be found HERE . Here's the little snowman with his arms folded over in the front to look like he is hugging the card.  I added this fun card that I stamped.  You can definitely add in a gift card too behind this card. The gift card reaches under his nose. This is how the little opening of the pouch looks.  I hope I can make more of these little guys.  These would be so cute for teachers and I think it would be easy to put a little wire throug...

nuts and bolts

Hello!  Today I'll be sharing the last amigurumi I made during my crochet frenzy.  I haven't been crocheting much recently except for this one little project I'm kind of procrastinating with.  I really do love this last one because I think it came out really cute. This is a little crocheted robot designed by Bubblegum Belles .  You can find the pattern HERE .  Sometimes I purchase the patterns especially if they are really cute.  But a lot of designers do list their patterns for free too on their blogs so I always check to see if they have a blog or not.  It's also important to read their pattern listing too if you are purchasing to see whether they are for personal use or also for commercial use.  Here is a different view of him.  Happy that he is able to sit on his bottom.  I actually cut out 2 felt hearts using a heart die, blanket stitched them together, and then hot glued the heart to the robot.  I tried stitching one h...

Roxie Recently, I saw these layering tags dies and thought I really wanted those.  I love the look of layered tags so I used my Perfect Layers rulers to make some with My Mind's Eye Happy Haunting papers. I have a tag die from Papertrey Ink so I used that as my smaller tag.  I glued that tag onto kraft cardstock and used my ruler to cut a 1/8th inch border aro...
