Hello! I'm going to backtrack a little and share these Christmas tags I made last year.
I stamped these cute penguins from Mama Elephant on to some tags. I made similar ones last year. I think the speech bubble is from Lawn Fawn. Simple & cute! Okay, it's a little bit more complicated than simple but not that much more.
I also made these super cute snowman tags. This snowman is a die from Paper Smooches. And yes, it's hard to glue all the tiny pieces and face details so these were a bit more time consuming. So I bought a sticker maker! I bought a sticker maker just for this project because those eyes and skinny twig arms are hard to glue. But the sticker maker makes it all easy! I'm hoping I can make more of these for this Christmas.
And lastly, I made these tags using Concord & 9th's bough dies. I love these so much! They are also a little time consuming with making all the small ribbon bows. The sentiments are from Lawn Fawn.
Hello! Today I have a series of cards to share which I think are super cute and funny too. I love Birdie Brown's stamp sets available at MFT and the cards today uses the behind images of the cat, dog & pig found in Cool Cat, Lucky Dog and Hog Heaven.
I had a couple of ideas for the design of this card but I felt the sentiment called for multiple images of the animal's behind. I just couldn't let there be one image and the sentiment have plural Butts. I know that is weird of me but things like that drive me a little crazy. I won't get into how people misuse plural and possessive s though. That really drives me crazy. Anyway, so then I thought this would be a cute way to stamp multiple images over the card. I created the sentiment on the front using an alphabet set from Lawn Fawn.
This is the sentiment on the inside which comes in the Cool Cat stamp set.
Here is the dog version. These cards took a lot of time to color!
Hi! It's been a while since I participated in one of PTI's blog hop challenges. But I had to play along this month. Not only did I place an order on release night but I also got my goodies in about a week! So I had some time to play around with my new stamps and dies. Hehe. Below is the inspiration photo.
I love the Christmas theme and the colors too so I went with that.
When I saw the newly released penguin stamp and die, I had to get them. So cute!! I thought this penguin would make a cute spinner card too. Similar to the froggy one I made HERE. I also used PTI's In the Meadow dies. I used the die itself and my hobby blade to cut along the curved edge to create the little cut out for the penguin to slide. I did that twice leaving a quarter inch space between them.
I layered the penguin with PTI's coasters.
I added a tiny bell to his hat.
He slides down. The jingle all the way sentiment is from Tiny Treats Xmas. Just traced the space with a pencil and curv…
Hi! I've been making a lot of tags lately trying to get ready for Christmas and I am finally done.
These were made with Lawn Fawn stamps and dies. I love this set. It is so cute and funny!
Here is the back of the tags. I think these would be so fun to put on gifts for children. They would think the tags are so funny!
Here are the polar bear tags. I love this polar bear. His expression is so cute!
This is the back of the polar bears.
I also made more of the tags I had made last year. So these are all listed in my shop now. I tried to make a lot at one time because I'm not sure if I'll be making more of these designs this year. I want to make some newer ones with some of my dies that I have not used yet! Trying so hard to not buy more than I can use. Although sometimes that is so difficult! I was really good in September and did not buy any new Mama Elephant or the cute Bitty Bears from Birdie Brown. I had such restraint but who knows how long that will last t…
