CC Designs August Review -- Sweet November Stamps

Hi!  It's time for CC Designs August Review of Sweet November Stamps .  Today I have another little tag to share.  I know, lots of tags lately.  But I know I will be using them for little Halloween goodies soon. So here is Tish on this banner tag (MFT dies).  Kind of looks like a bookmark too.  The skull and eyeballs can be found in the October 31 Accessories set.  Lots of fun stuff in that set for Halloween.  The sentiment is from AmyR's Witch-ful Thinking set.  The sentiment I used is pretty simple but the set also includes lots of fun and creative Halloween ones too. Here is a little close up photo.  Do you like the little spider on the paper?  Love these papers. Please head over to CC Designs blog for more Sweet November inspiration! The other day I found myself crafting on my living room floor.  That's how I used to do things until I set up a table in my kids' play area.  But I still haven't finish org...

CC Designs August Preview -- Sweet November Stamps

Hi!  Thanks for all the comments and visits!  Today we're previewing Sweet November Stamps over at CC Designs and yes, they are Halloween stamps! This spooky gal is Tish!  Isn't she fun?  She is so fun to color and this little scene came together easily.  The spider and the eyeballs are part of Oct 31 Accessories.  I love the eyeballs!  I tried to make them look bloodshot.  The Creepy bat is from Boo-tiful Sentiments.  The spider web is an embossing folder and I rubbed on some silver gelato.   I love that look. Here is a close up.  I kind of like how I ended up coloring her.  I think sometimes my coloring happens by accident! Please check out the rest of the DT creations HERE .  All these new stamps will be available August 1st at 9 PM EST. Thanks so much for stopping by!

CC Designs July Review -- Sweet November Stamps

Hi!  Just popping in real quick to share my creations for Sweet November Stamps review over at CC Designs Rubber Stamps .  Seems I am not posting as much but I have been enjoying lots of kiddie time.  We have been relaxing and went to the beach too.  Hopefully we'll make it to the beach a couple more times this week.  The kids love to play in the sand and collect shells too. Here is my first card featuring one of the Sweet November Mermaids .  The sentiment is from AmyR Sweet Summer Sentiments . This is my second card which seems super bright right now on my screen.  She is another one of the Sweet November Mermaids and sentiment is also from AmyR Sweet Summer Sentiments . Gosh, it is so humid right now here.  I need to get to a fan and cool off.  I am just sweating typing and crafting!  Hopefully, we'll get some rain too to cool off but not on our beach days. Hope you're enjoying the summer!  Thanks for stopping by! ...

All That Scraps June Preview -- Sweet November Stamps

Hello!  Welcome to another day of All That Scraps June previews.  Today we are introducing some cute Sweet November Stamps princesses.  These four princesses are adorable and I wanted to create a fancy schmancy card.  I remembered the tutorial on SCS called the bendi fold card so thought I'd give that a try.  There a lot of photos here so hope you make it til the end. This is the front of the card.  The two front flaps curve and tuck into the card behind it.  The princesses reminded me of the Disney princesses so I colored them up like them.  All the sentiments are from AmyR's Simply Enchanting Sentiments. Close up photo.  Right behind her you can see the head of the other princess.  I colored in some hair to the back so it wouldn't look weird.  When you open the right flap you can see the next 2 princesses.  The birds are from CC Designs Birdie Day and the tree is a die cut.  I used the die to cut out all th...

All That Scraps May Review

Hello!  It's time to review Sweet November Stamps over at All That Scraps .  I made a quick and simple card using Mia's Kite and some pretty papers from Echo Park's Sweet Girl.  Also did some simple paper piecing so this card didn't take me too long to make. Here's a little close up of Mia.  She looks so carefree.  I don't think I've ever flown a kite or maybe my hubby had tried with the kids when they were younger but I don't think it worked very well. I already feel like this week is flying by!  My oldest will be traveling to the East Coast next week for an American History tour all by herself!  Well, okay, there will be 40 or so other kids and some adult chaperones but still it's hard to let your kids travel without mom or dad.  And all the preparation for it makes me feel stressed out!  They suggested we pack each outfit in a Ziplock bag so it's easier for the kids to just grab a bag a day to get ready.  But so many other...

All That Scraps May Preview

Please click HERE for  Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and Perfect Paper Crafting Blog Hop *********************************************************************************** Hello!  This is day 3 of All That Scraps May Preview .  Today's focus is on Sweet November Stamps. My card features Josie and Jilly's Chat .  Aren't they sweet?  The sentiment is from AmyR Sunny Sentiments .  I used my current favorite Spellbinders labels 29 as the card base but then realized that the middle point sticks out a bit more than the others so it doesn't stand evenly but tips to the side.  But I still like this shape and this card.  I added some ribbon and pearls.   A close up.  I added some Stickles on their wings and the string that connects their cans.  Check out more of the preview HERE .  The other day I realized that my crafting tweezers are pretty handy.  Not only did I use them to pull out a small splinter in my fi...

Here is Josie's Brella .  Love these little fairwees.  She's so sweet!  And I love how easy they are to color because of their little size.  It's so quick to make a little card.  The sentiment is from AmyR Welcome Little One . Thanks for stopping by!

All That Scraps April Preview Day 3

Please click HERE for Perfect Paper Crafting and Faber-Castell Blog Hop. ************************************************************************************* Hello!  Today we are previewing Sweet November Stamps over at All That Scraps .   This image is Jilly & Emaline Secret.  Aren't they cute gossiping, I mean whispering secrets to each other?  Hehe.  I love that they look like such good friends.  I also used the new Frilly Banner.  I love the scallop detailing.  I created the layered look by just cutting off the scallops on the pink paper.  The sentiment is from Eggstra Special Sentiments.  And I'm doing well with using more of my rhinestones.  I bought these cute little flowers but never really used many of them. Here is a close up.  And you can see the tiny flower rhinestones too. You can see more of the new Sweet November Stamps release HERE . It has been really cold lately here!...

All That Scraps March Preview Day 3

Hello!  It is time for Sweet November Stamps preview over at All That Scraps.  Here is cute little Bufly Brooke.  I wanted to give her something to look at so I added that little circle die cut with the little birdies.  I was kind of in a rut and not really feeling up to making cards when I saw that J's just got in the new Doodlebug release!  I went down the next morning to pick up all the new 6x6 paper pads.  I was so happy!  So then I made this card using papers from the Flower Box pad.  I love the little flowers and I love clouds! The funny thing is that I had her colored first and she so happened to match the papers so nicely.  Love that too.  The sentiment is from Winged Greetings. I like the layout of this card too.  It's kind of different for me.  I'll be back tomorrow with my last preview card. Thanks for reading!

Easter blessings

Hello!  I have another little tag to share today for All That Scraps February review of Sweet November Stamps. It's similar to the one I shared in my previous post.  For this tag, I used Sweet November Stamps Bonnie, sentiment from Eggstra Special Sentiments, Birdie Day, Chickadee die, Egg die, Grass Border die and Four Season Fence die.  The tag is a die from Papertrey Ink. Here is a close up of sweet Bonnie.  I love the little birdie too.  He is such a cute little addition to any project. Today's the last day for the reviews but March previews will start soon and the stamps are super cute!  Thanks for reading!

All That Scraps February Preview Day 3

Hello!  I think I'm a little behind in posting since I decided to go to bed early last night.  But it is Day 3 of All That Scraps February Previews and today is Sweet November Stamps. Here is Bonnie.  Isn't she sweet with her bunny ears and that tulip?  I love tulips, by the way.  They are my favorite and I even wanted to have them in my wedding bouquet many years ago but then didn't know if they would be sturdy enough to last throughout the day.  The little egg shaped dies are also from this release as are the cherry blossom flowers. I actually got my lazy butt back to exercising today.  I'd like to find a way to attach my laptop to my elliptical.  I can't see too well with the laptop so far away.  So not only do I have the sound on super loud so I can hear but I also turn on the closed captioning so I can read what they are saying.  I had to put the captioning on at its largest font!  Oh, I decided to start watching Grey's ...

All That Scraps January Preview

Hello!  Happy 2013!!  Our kids actually almost made it til midnight!  They lasted til 11:30 and then couldn't stay up any longer.  I was already in bed.  Hehe. Today is All That Scraps January Preview of Sweet November Stamps .  Before I show you my project, I just wanted to say that I love these new stamps.  They are so adorable!! You may have to click the photo to enlarge it to see the details.  I made a simple set of baby note cards.  We know 3 ladies giving birth this year and they are all having boys!  This set of animals is called Safari Pals.  I just stamped them in blue ink and added a sentiment from Welcome Little One.  I added some tiny blue bows too. This set uses Forest pals.  Aren't they super cute too? I boxed them all up with matching cream colored envelopes.  The bottom of the box is cream as well and the top is clear.  I added cream and blue ribbon.  The little rattle is a ...

All That Scraps December Review

Hello everyone!!  Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!  Our kids had a great time and they are a bit sad that Christmas is over already!  Every year I am amazed at all the generous gifts they receive from family and friends.  I hope they realize that! Today is a Sweet November review day at All That Scraps . This card features Love Birds.  The sentiment is from Starry Sentiments and is stamped on the Banner Day die.  I also used CC Designs Big Hearts dies.  The DP is the new Doodlebug Lovebirds pad.  Love Doodlebug paper pads! Took a nice day off from crafting today.  Spent the whole morning and again in the evening opening presents with the kiddies.  Actually though, I spent lots of time cleaning up after them!  So much wrapping paper.  Tomorrow I will try to take down the tree decorations.  Our tree is not looking too fresh anymore.  Hopefully I'll be doing some crafting too.
